A tasty salad to tantalize your taste buds
Ingredients
. 4 slices of bread cut into cubes & baked in oven till crisp.
For bhaghar

Yoghurt |

Mustard Seeds |
1 tbsp |
|
Whole Red Chillies |
8 – 10 |

Curry Leaves |
|
|
Zeera |
|
|
Salt |
To taste |
|
Garlic Crushed |
1 tsp, optional |

Soya Supreme Cooking oil |
|
Garnishing:
Gur and Imli Chutney and chopped coriander.
Method
· In a pan, take some Soya Supreme cooking oil and lightly stir fry the bread and keep aside.
· In a separate pan, take 2-tbsp Soya Supreme cooking oil, splutter the mustard seeds, curry leaves, salt and zeera (and garlic if using it) and whole red chilies.
· Pour this bhagar on smooth yoghurt. Pour the yoghurt on the bread.
· Top with the chutney and chopped coriander and serve immediately.
