Chicken Caribbean Soup

A tasty soup just to lighten up the mood

Ingredients

Butter

½ Tea Cup

Chopped Onion

1 Tea Cup

Chopped Leek

1 Tea Cup

Chopped Celery

1 Tea Cup

Chopped Garlic

1 Tab. Spoon

Chicken Stock

1 Liter

Chicken Cubes (Raw)

1 Tea Cup

Chopped Parsley

½ Cup

Method

· Heat the butter in a sauce pan, add chopped onion and sauté till the colour become light brown.

· Put garlic and cook more for one minute and then add rest of the above mentioned ingredients and stir constantly over medium heat for almost 10 – 12 minutes.

· Put chicken stock and keep simmering on low heat for 30 minutes Soup to be served hot.

. Garnish with chopped parsley.
