Ingredients

Tiffin biscuit

1 pack

Cream

1 ½ pack

Strawberry sauce

3 tbsp. approx.

Chocolate sauce

2-3 tbsp.

Garnish:

Roasted almonds

Method

  • . Dip a biscuit into cream. Spread a little jam on one side.
  • . Dip another biscuit into cream and sandwich them together.
  • . Arrange all the biscuits after sandwiching them in a log. Refrigerate for several hours.
  • . When serving drizzle with remaining cream. Top with chocolate sauce and sprinkle roasted almonds.

Chocolate sauce

Butter

1 tbsp.

Cocoa powder

2 tbsp.

Sugar

4 tbsp.

Water or milk

2-tbsp. approx.

Method

  • . Melt the butter and then add all the other ingredients stirring constantly on low flame till the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens.
