Method 1:
· Whisk egg white and sugar together.
· Beat the cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth.
· Mix the above mentioned mixture with each other (No. 1 & No. 2)
· Add the soaked gelatin in above mixture.
· Fold the whipped cream in the above ready mixture (No. 1, 2, & 3).
Method 2
· Bed the sponge.
· Put on coffee syrup (4 cup sugar syrup + 200 gm Coffee)
· Add all the ready mixture on the bed of sponge.
· Sprinkle the Cocoa Powder on top and make the portion and serve it.
